Shake Hand Laughter, Namaste Laughter, Clapping Laughter, Gradient Laughter, Hugging Laughter etc.
Purpose is to help the participants become more playful, so that they can reduce their inhibitions and shyness. Playfulness also
helps to convert stimulated laughter into spontaneous laughter. Some of the examples are: Milkshake Laughter, Mobile Phone Laughter, One Metre Laughter, Hot Soup Laughter, Shy Laughter, Argument Laughter, Swinging Laughter among others.
These include a mix of breathing and other exercises developed from different yogic postures, for physical well being:
1. Closing the mouth and laughing heartily without making any noise
2. Opening the mouth half and laughing heartily without making any noise
3. Opening the mouth fully and laughing heartily without making any noise
4. Closing the mouth and laughing heartily making only half noise
5. Opening the mouth half and laughing heartily making only half noise
6. Opening the mouth fully and laughing heartily making only half noise
7. Opening the mouth fully and laughing fully, heartily as loud as possible
8. Laughing fully, heartily introducing Ah. Ah. Ah., Eh.Eh.Eh., and Oh.Oh.Oh. as loud as possible
9. Laughing fully as a Lion, opening the mouth and stretching the tongue out as much as possible and moving the palm and fingers
like a lion.
Are designed in a such a way that we attach a special meaning to certain gestures made while laughing, so that our subconscious minds register in deep values, which helps to develop a positive attitude in daily life. Three include: Appreciation Laughter, Forgiveness Laughter, Guru Laughter, Live and Let Live Laughter etc.
Sessions normally end with positive Laughter declarations like: I am the healthiest in the world, I am the happiest in the world, I work for peace and happiness in the world etc.
